One of the main advantages of baiMobile Credential Service app is that it is able to provide these services regardless of the credential type, location or method of interaction. Other apps using the baiMobile Credential Service app do not need to be upgraded each time a new smart card or smart card reader is supported.
The initial version (v1.0) of the baiMobile Credential Service app will include support for the CAC, PIV and Gemalto .Net smart card types and the baiMobile 3000MP Bluetooth and baiMobile 301MP/301MP-L smart card readers as well as the Tactivo sleeve readers from Precise Biometrics and the Thursby TSS-PK7 and TSS-PK8 readers.
