System Components BAI Authentication Server
The BAI Authentication Server contains an encrypted database of the user's access credentials and privileges for each application, database or web site. A list of these applications is displayed on the user's PC once the identity verification process using the SOLAS Thumb Drive is completed. |
| When the user clicks on the "Login" hyperlink next to an application on the list, the BAI Authentication Server logs into the host application or server, securely transmits the user's access credentials and opens a session. Because the user's access credentials are stored on the BAI Authentication Server, there is no need to know, remember or change passwords. |
