Douglas E. Kozlay
Co-Founder, President, CEO, and Chief Technologist
Mr. Kozlay founded and was president and principal product development officer at SafeNet, Inc. (NASDQ Symbol SFNT), a leading provider of encryption and virtual private network (VPN) solutions for secure communications. He began his career as a cryptographic engineer at the National Security Agency. He has served as co-chair of important American National Standards Institute (ANSI) sub-committees dealing with digital signatures and other financial institution security standards. |

Before joining BAL, Mr. Hochstein was co-founder and the senior sales and marketing officer for InterNet Technologies, Inc., a secure network access company. Previously he served as president and chief operating officer of two high technology firms, LicEnergy, Inc. and Franklin Datacom. Like Mr. Kozlay, he has worked on various ANSI X9F committees. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Graduate School. |
